Guernsey walkers moved away from a conventional race and had a "fun" Pace Judgement Challenge. Consisting of walking 5 individually timed laps of the cycle path in Delancey Park, the aim was to walk the same time throughout the five efforts, with the difference between each walkers fastest and slowest laps to decide the winner.
Rob Elliott came out on top with a 6 seconds difference, one second up on Carl Thomson. Carl managed 4 laps with a one second difference, but let down by his slower first lap. Rose Drückes managed an eight second difference to take third place.
